Duty suspended warehousing

Wincanton provides bonded facilities enabling our customers to store goods under duty suspension - deferring all duties until the point of despatch. We also provide both shared user and dedicated warehouses for the storage of third country dry goods and alcohol, and storage for EU and UK-produced alcohol, operating via EMCS.

Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) and HMRC approved

Wincanton has full Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) status ensuring the supply chain is secure. We are also HMRC audited and approved, to ensure our systems and procedures are compliant with all customs and excise regulations.

Through these accreditations and with our consistent high-quality, secure approach, HMRC has officially identified Wincanton as a low-risk business, meaning that we are subject to minimal stopping and searching at UK borders. This enables our customers to move their products across borders quickly and efficiently.
