I made an IMPACT
Wincanton managers are encouraged to recognise employees who, by demonstrating any of these behaviours, have contributed to the future success of the organisation. The ‘I Made An Impact’ programme celebrates the small, achievable contributions made by individuals within Wincanton that, when collected, give a real insight into the progress being made.
Our IMPACT stars vary from staff giving up their own time to carry out a charitable event on behalf of the company through to home delivery drivers who have gone that extra mile to keep the customer happy by clearing snow from their driveway or helping them move a piece of heavy furniture.
